Our Mission
Face the People is a grassroots movement demanding transparency, accountability, and direct engagement from members of Congress. Our mission is to ensure that every elected official faces the people—their constituents—through live, unfiltered town halls where real questions, concerns, and frustrations can be heard and addressed.
For too long, Congress has ignored the voices of everyday Americans while failing to take meaningful action on urgent issues. We are calling on every member of Congress to publicly answer for their inaction on Trump’s chaos, Elon Musk’s influence on DOGE, and the rising costs of everything due to Trump’s trade war. Politicians should not be able to hide behind press releases, social media posts, or carefully scripted interviews. They must stand before the people they represent and engage in honest, unscripted conversations about the challenges facing our country.
We demand that town halls be announced at least one week in advance, giving all constituents—Republicans, Democrats, and Independents—a fair chance to attend. These events must allow live, unfiltered questions from the public, without pre-screening or censorship. Our democracy thrives when leaders listen, and Face the People will not rest until every member of Congress fulfills their responsibility to engage directly with those they serve.
Join us in holding our leaders accountable. It’s time to make Congress listen. It’s time for them to Face the People.
